I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and I have a private practice in Los Altos, CA.
I am an interactive therapist who prefers to work collaboratively with clients. I offer clients helpful tools, skills, and perspectives to effectively address their life challengs. Through the course of therapy, clients often gain greater insight into their struggles and enhanced compassion for themselves. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
