$250 per session
$350 for initial session
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
I am a Medicare provider and will submit claims on your behalf. You are responsible for any co-insurance, co-payments, or deductible amount as determined by your insurance.
I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans. Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. At your request, I will give you an invoice that you may use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company according to your plan and benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Can I see an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the full fee for your session if you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that insurance companies do not pay for a missed session, so you will be responsible for paying the full fee for that session.
